Registration of the account will take you less than 5 minutes. Follow the steps on register page, you will be in your account in no time.
Loading money in your BulPay account can be done via bank transfer. It will take between 2-10 days, once the money are available in your account you will receive email/sms with notification about it.
Transfer between accounts is instant. Taxes for the transfers are listed in our Prices and limits
Cards in your BulPay account are two different types - virtaul and phisical. Virtual card is available right after it is requested and paid. Phisical cards usually take up to 3 weeks to be received. Find more about prices and limits of your BulPay cards Here

Depending on your preferences, your BulPay card can be in euro(EURO) or british pound sterling(GBP).
For lost or stolen card please call +359 (087) 710-9099
Owner of the card should immediately contact card issuer and require cancellation of the card, as well as issuance of a new one. If you lose access to your account, immediately contact us via the contact form in the site. We will call you back to figure out what is the problem.
To delete your account, you have to contact us on support@bulpay.eu, from the email used in your account registration. Short discritpion with your request and the reason for your wish should be included.
